FTCI Marketing Officer attended 5 Day Conflict Resolution Training Program along with other 19 participants from southern Tibetan settlements at Fantasy Resort, Bangalore from August 15th to 19th, 2011 organised by The Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy in collaboration with Chief Representative Office, CTA, Bangalore. The training was on dialogue development, resolution of conflict, interactive negotiation skill and forgiveness. The course was taught by Dr. Borris, the Director of Training for the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy. Twenty participants from 5 Tibetan settlements in South India attended this program. The participants showed a lot of enthusiasm in understanding the concept and practically implementing in their daily life.
