TDL Co-operative case dismissed

TDL Co-operative Society Ltd., case which has remained pending at ARCs Hunsur level since 2005 was dismissed on 29^th August, 2011 with the court judgment favoring TDL co-operative society.  A former Secretary on Probation has filed a case against the society for his termination and allege misappropriation in the society. Judgment stated that the accounts of society have been audited by both Department of State Government and Central Tibetan Administration and found no truth in the allegation. It has also stated that the petitioner was on temporary basis and the Board of Directors did not found him satisfactory hence, he has been terminated.
