Hyderabad 31 Aug: CEO Mr.Tashi Wangdu made presentation on Marketing Strategies of Handlooms and Handicrafts at a programe titled “Seminar on 21st Century Marketing Strategies for Co-operatives” organized in celebration of International Year of Co-operatives 2012 held in Jubilee hall, Hyderabad on 31 Aug 2012.
Chief Guest Sri Kasu Krishna Reddy, Hon’ble Minister of Co-operation, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Special Guest Sri Chandra Pal Sing, President, National Co-operative Union of India, Guest of Honor Sri. I Y R Krishna Rao, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Agriculture & Co-operation, Sri I S Srinaresh, IAS, Commissioner of Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operatives, Government of AP were among the dignitaries present at the function.
This one day seminar was jointly organized by Dept of Co-operation, Govt of AP and GoCoop Solutions and Services Private Ltd to highlight the marketing strategies of Co-operative products in larger community.
Mr. Tashi spoke about Tibetan carpet and its marketing strategies, formation of Federation of Tibetan Co-operatives in India Ltd and its 15 members and Tibetan Community in India.
As many as 200 delegates were present at this programe.
