Delhi 3 Apr: FTCI CEO Mr. Tashi Wangdu received Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award and Certificate of Excellence at a seminar on Education and Socio-Economic Development, organized by Indian Solidarity Council in association with International Business Council on 3 April 2014 at ISIL Auditorium, Krishna Menon Bhawan, New Delhi.
Dr. G.V.G. Krishnamurthy, former Chief Election Commissioner presented the award to Mr. Wangdu. Other eminent dignitaries who shared the dais along with FTCI CEO were Dr. Bhishma Narain Singh, Former Union Minister and Governor and Justice O.P. Verma, Former Governor and Chief Justice.
This award was given to Mr. Wangdu for his innovative ideas and contribution towards development of Tibetan Cooperative movement in the recent years. Mr. Wangdu took over as CEO of FTCI in Dec 2010.
